ServerDesk is a Discord utility for community operators. We collect only what is needed to run the service.
What we collect
- Discord guild IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs you configure via /setup
- FAQ content you provide
- Billing email and subscription status via Stripe if you pay for hosted access
- Basic operational logs (errors, command usage counts) to keep the bot reliable
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not mass-DM members or scrape member lists for marketing
- We do not use Server Members Intent for anything other than welcome-on-join when you enable it
Retention
Guild configuration is kept while your server uses ServerDesk and deleted on written request after cancellation.
