By using ServerDesk you agree to these terms.
Service
ServerDesk provides Discord welcome, FAQ, and staff-routing tools. Hosted plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $19/mo per server unless otherwise stated). Billed as Godin Deploys.
Acceptable use
- No using ServerDesk to spam, harass, or violate Discord Terms of Service
- You are responsible for content in your FAQ and staff replies
- No reverse engineering or reselling the service without written permission
No guarantees
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, rankings, member growth, or income.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you email serverdesk.godinrules@gmail.com.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Stripe or by emailing serverdesk.godinrules@gmail.com. Access continues through the paid period.
