Service
ServerDesk provides Discord welcome, FAQ, and staff-routing tools. Hosted plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $19/mo per server unless otherwise stated).
Acceptable use
- No using ServerDesk to spam, harass, or violate Discord Terms of Service
- You are responsible for content in your FAQ and staff replies
- No reverse engineering or reselling the service without written permission
No guarantees
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, rankings, member growth, or income.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Stripe customer portal or by emailing from your billing address. Access continues through the paid period.
